Cancellation and Refund
How to cancel a subscription and when a payment is refunded.
Cancelling
You may cancel a subscription at any time, from Subscription in your workspace, or by writing to kanvixo@gmail.com. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your work stays where it is — cancelling a subscription does not delete anything.
Refunds
A payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of it being taken. You do not have to give a reason. This applies to a first payment and to a renewal alike.
We also refund, whenever you notice it:
- a duplicate charge — the same subscription charged twice;
- a charge taken after you cancelled;
- a payment where the service was never delivered — money taken and no plan activated.
What is not refunded
- A period already used, once the 7-day window has passed. If you cancel in month nine of an annual plan, the remaining months are not refunded — the plan simply runs to its end.
- An account suspended or closed for breaking our Terms and Conditions.
How to ask
Email kanvixo@gmail.com with
the reference number from your receipt — it looks like KVX-260906-1A2B3C4D and is on
the receipt you can download from the payment confirmation page. That one number lets us find the
payment immediately.
How long it takes
- We acknowledge a refund request within 2 working days.
- An approved refund is sent to the payment provider within 3 working days.
- It reaches your card or bank in a further 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. That last stretch is the bank’s, not ours.
A refund always goes back to the method that paid. We cannot send it anywhere else.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, no plan is activated and nothing is owed. Where a bank has placed a temporary hold, it is released by the bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Before you raise a chargeback
Please write to us first. A refund we make directly reaches you sooner than a chargeback does, and we would rather fix the problem than dispute it.
