Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and us for using the service.

1. Who these terms are between

This service is operated by MS ESWAR MASALA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, at No.13, Umayal buidling, Sanjeevi nagar, Main Road, East Devathan, Trichy, Tamilnadu, 620002, India (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person or organisation using the service.

By creating an account or using Kanvixo, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• The details you register must be accurate, and your email must be one you control — we send billing and security notices to it.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password private. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used by someone else.
• Workspace owners control who may join their workspace and what each member may do.

3. What you may and may not do

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own work or your organisation’s work, for as long as your subscription is active.

You must not: break the law with it; upload anything you have no right to upload; infringe anyone’s intellectual property; upload malware; attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service; resell or sublicense access; or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend an account that is being used this way. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

4. Your work stays yours

You own everything you create in Kanvixo. We claim no ownership of your designs, files or content. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your work, display it back to you and to the people you share it with, and to keep backups.

The service itself — the software, its interface and our brand — remains ours.

5. Subscriptions, prices and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the review screen before you confirm. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
• Prices are in the currency shown and include taxes only where stated.
• Payments are taken by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will give you notice before it applies to a renewal.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it succeeds. Your data is not deleted for a failed payment.

Cancellation and refunds are covered in full on our Cancellation and Refund page. In short: you may cancel at any time, and a payment can be refunded within 7 days of being taken.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and to keep your work safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream failures and problems outside our control all happen. We do not guarantee that the service is free of faults.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The service offers exports for this.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on others — payment providers, hosting and email delivery among them. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for a third-party service’s own acts or terms.

8. Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data where you have not kept your own copies; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you materially break these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your work.

After an account is closed, we keep data only as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last reviewed. Where a change matters, we will tell account holders by email or in the application. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Trichy have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
