A collaborative design review helps a team evaluate whether an interface supports its intended task. Start with the user goal and the decision the review needs to make. Share the relevant flow and screens, ask reviewers to comment on specific points, and record which version receives approval.
Useful feedback describes an observation, its effect on the user and a proposed change. For example, a reviewer might note that an error message does not identify the field that needs correction.
