Kanvixo uses sign-in and workspace permissions to control access to product work.

Account passwords are stored as password hashes. New accounts require email verification before activation. Password recovery uses time-limited reset links.
Workspace roles
Company membership and roles determine access to workspace actions. Administrators manage platform settings, while company permissions govern team operations.
